This comprehensive Hair Colour Correction Course is designed for aspiring and seasoned hairstylists who wish to master the art of correcting hair colour mishaps.

Through this course, participants will learn advanced techniques to correct unwanted tones, blend colours seamlessly, and achieve the desired outcomes for their clients.

Course Objectives:

• Understand the principles of hair colour theory and assessment.
• Identify common hair colour problems and their underlying causes.
• Learn corrective techniques for various colour issues, including brassy tones, uneven colour, and over-processed hair.
• Develop skills in using the latest tools and products for effective colour correction.
• Gain practical experience through hands-on sessions and live demonstrations.

This course is ideal for hairstylists, salon owners, and colourists who wish to refine their skills in hair colour correction and offer their clients expert solutions.

 Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certification in Advanced Hair Colour Correction, recognising their expertise and knowledge.

Schedule: 

10:00 AM - 10:15 AM:

• Welcome, introductions & overview of the course syllabus

10:15 AM - 11:15 PM:

• Understanding Colour Theory
• Basics of colour theory
• Identifying undertones and levels

11:15 AM - 11:30 AM:

Product Knowledge, products we provide for corrective techniques and the appropriate selection criteria.

 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM:

Practical Workshop - use idhair products on swatches to compare the colour removal/neutralisation.

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch

1:00 PM - 3:30 PM:

• Utilising the knowledge gained, the delegates will be provided with a mannequin head that has been pre-coloured into four quadrants. Their task is to achieve a uniform and even colour throughout the entire head.

 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM:

• Troubleshooting Common Issues
• Addressing unexpected results
• Adjusting techniques in real-time

All colour,  tools, mannequin head and lunch will be provided.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 working days however this can vary due to stock availability.

Furniture and equipment orders are normally delivered within 2 - 4 weeks although some items may take 6 - 8 weeks or longer.

Please note: All large furniture items are kerbside delivery only. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed.

We use a courier ‘next working day’ delivery service for all orders dispatched by us to UK mainland addresses (some larger orders are sent direct from manufacturers). This applies Monday - Friday, not weekends. For example if you order and your items are dispatched Friday, they will be delivered next working day which will be Monday. Bank Holidays are not included in 'next day'. 

Delivery times are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. Delivery of overseas orders may be affected due to political conflicts, such as war, civil unrest, martial law etc.

Please note that in some circumstances the delivery surcharge may need to be increased for large and/or bulky items either inside or outside of the Republic of Ireland. However, you will be informed of this before your order is dispatched.

Free delivery offer

Applies to orders placed online totalling £85 or more before VAT for delivery to UK mainland (excluding Rural Scotland). Training courses and delivery charges do not count towards the free delivery threshold.

Orders over this amount that include furniture or equipment will be subject to a surcharge. This will be advised depending on the item in question.

Next day delivery service

Orders placed online before 2:00pm will be eligible for next day delivery, this applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday on working days only. Orders placed before 2:00pm on Friday will normally be delivered the next Monday. This service is subject to stock availability and does not apply to orders including furniture, equipment or special-order items.

Where the next working day is a bank holiday, goods will be out for delivery on the following working day.
